**Let us not discuss the stupidity one feels upon realizing that they've posted their application in the wrong board and left it there for three days.

" Jon's been playing music for eighteen of his twenty Four years, and was strung out for five of them. He was born on July 4th and lived like a firecracker for years before rehab forced him to settle.
Appearance:
Since getting off Crank and Heroin, Jon's put on muscle, carrying a powerful build on a tall frame. While he's perfect for a fight, and even a bit of a boxer, this blonde/red-headed double-bass enthusiast rarely allows himself to be moved to actual violence (though he's been known to fight on behalf of his band-mates and to keep the peace). His knuckles are permanently scarred and his arms still carry marks from his past, but the ugliness is over come by a mouth and eyes that usually smile.
Attitude:
Jon is usually peaceful, finding it's easier to stay away from old habits if he keeps a calm, clear head. The desire to shoot up still exists for him, so he has to concentrate on staying clean. He can be moved to anger by the self-destructive nature of people he cares about. He's serious and intense when on stage, a bit of a wallflower in the merch-booth, and a listener when with his bandmates. The band is a lot of his world. Jon is vaguely religious, but more spiritual. He keeps his beliefs to himself, but has a cross tattooed on the inside of his wrist.
Family:
Mother: Josette Clark
Father: William Clark
Sister: Lee Marie Clark
Dog: Banzai (pitbull)
History:
Jon started playing music at a young age, messing around in the music scene and finding the good and bad things about it right around the same time. When he was fifteen, he started dabbling in drugs and fell into a pretty deep hole. His family forced him into rehab before long, and it was there that he found the beginnings of his first band. His stint as a bassist in the Weekend Warriors was short; being around other band members, many of whom continued to do drugs, proved to be too much of a temptation. He hopped around to a few different outfits before he came to rest on A Starboard Story, a considerably quieter group of musicians than he was used to. He hoped by adopting a group with a less intense fan-base, he'd be able to avoid struggles with old desires. It was also a chance to check in on his old friends, David Harlem and Amanda Stevens.
Anythingelse:
Jon's first love in music is the drums, but as he began to play with new people he picked up on more skills. He also plays mandolin, bass and some guitar.
On his iPod:
The Gugenheim Grotto
Mumford and Sons
Nickel Creek
Punch Brothers
The Devil Wears Prada
Living Sacrifice
Becoming the Archetype
Project 86
Demon Hunter
Flyleaf
(and much more)

Seriously?
Kain struggled between the desire to pull away and the logical outcome of a two-story fall. Of course, if she had laughed at him, outright, which was her immediate instinct, he might have just dropped her. Rather, Kain maintained her composure, playing the role she'd created for herself as she indulged the eccentricity of the snowy-haired vampire.
When he'd gotten through with his absurd display -- what he was trying to prove to her, Kain couldn't have been certain -- she gave him her mother's coy smile, wrapped in her father's red lips. "You had desires for my mother, yes?" Her mouth was very close to the bulge of this monster's Adam's apple. "Even when you knew she would have killed you as soon as kissed you?"
